The Local Difference at Stafford's
Our Great Lakes whitefish is fresh from the local waters and delivered to our tables daily. We use local farmers and growers for produce and dairy products. Our prime rib and filet of beef are all natural. That's the way it is at each of Stafford's unique dining establishments.
Come taste the difference at Stafford's, where our food is always fresh and always fabulous!Â

Wonder Weekend Leaves Guests feeling "Wonderful"
Downtown Petoskey holds a "wonder weekend" each year! This year, 24 guests attended "I wonder how the Perry Hotel came to be," presented by Stafford's Founder, Stafford Smith and the Perry Hotel's General Manager, David Marvin. Guests were presented with the history of the Perry Hotel, as well as other hotels and rooming houses in downtown Petoskey in the early 1900's. A discussion of ghosts that visit the hotel often and a tour of guest rooms and renovations left guests fulfilled.
Shortly after, Stafford's Perry Hotel executive chef Dennis Durkin gave a "I wonder how to make that" presentation. Chef Durkin made chicken wellington and creme brulee, and gave samples to all.
Don't miss next years event!Â
