Spring after spring, decade after decade, we honor and celebrate this holiday of growth and renewal. For the children, it's all about the bunny. For the grown ups, it's holiday spreads of traditional and local foods in the company of friends and family. We would be honored if you joined us this Easter.

Beginnings
Spinach and artichoke dip served with warm pita crisps; fresh fruit salad served with fresh mint; endive salad with bacon blue cheese, peaches and honey yogurt dressing; classic ambrosia salad with mini marshmallows, pineapple, cherries, toasted almonds and coconut

Sides
Roasted sweet potatoes with brown sugar; Roasted spring vegetables with pesto and teriyaki glaze; gratin of Idaho potatoes

Mains
Chicken dijonaise with German spaetzel and sauerkraut; pasta primavera  with San Marzano sauce

Carved
Garlic crusted round of beef with port wine jus; maple and brown sugar crusted Dearborn ham

Sweets
Mini chocolate mousse, flour less chocolate torte, mini cheesecakes, red velvet cupcakes, petit fours

Breakfast
Bacon and link sausage, waffles, Bay View Inn sticky buns, Denver egg scrambles with peppers and cheddar cheese, French style scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, classic eggs benedict
