Event Space & Rental Rates
The Bay View Inn boasts seven unique venues for your upcoming event. Each area is available for separate rental or in conjunction with other parts of the inn. For larger events, we are more than happy to discuss the possibility of renting the property in its entirety. Roselawn Dining Room
Our main dining area. Spectacular views of the water as well as the Staffordshire Garden. Quiet atmosphere directly adjacent to the lobby and reception area. Available for private or semi-private events.
Sunroom
A bright and cheerful area connecting to the lobby bar, perfect for cocktail receptions and small gatherings.
Staffordshire Room
Completely private. Great break-out space for small meetings or rehearsal dinners. Enjoy views of beautiful Lake Michigan spanning across the Staffordshire Garden.
Howard Room
Our largest event space. Includes a built-in dance floor and large windows.
A smaller dining area, which is often used in combination with the Howard Room, but can be closed off separately. This room has wonderful views of Little Traverse Bay and the Staffordshire Garden.
Staffordshire Garden
An incomparable outdoor event space available for private or semi-private rentals. Surrounded by cedars and grand oak trees, this area makes for truly unforgettable outdoor events (separate tent rental required if rented without additional rain plan space).
