Hotel Policies

Guests of the Crooked River Lodge can expect the peace and tranquility of northern Michigan. Our goal is to assure that every guest has a wonderful stay. We encourage you to review the policies listed below. Should you require additional assistance of any kind, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk.

Guest Check-in and Departure
Guest check-in - 3 pm
Check-out - 11 am

Breakfast Room & Vending
A complimentary breakfast is available to all house guests from 7 to 10 am. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are available all day. Vending and ice machines are located on the first floor.

Smoke-Free Facility
All of our guest rooms are smoke free. Guests found smoking will be charged $250 per day for
deep cleaning and asked to vacate the room.

Children
We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. There is no additional room charge for
children under the age of 4. We ask that young children be supervised at all times.

Pets
As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service, we welcome friendly dogs (up to
50 lbs.) in select rooms on our first floor of lodging. Prior arrangements must be made and guests
are charged a fee of $30 per day. Dogs are not allowed in our common areas and must be kept on a leash or in a cage while on grounds. Pets found in a non pet friendly room will be charged a fee.

Special Assistance
Stafford’s Crooked River Lodge & Suites aims to accommodate guests with disabilities. Several of our guest rooms are wheelchair accessible. Should you require special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance so that we can assure your visit is hassle-free and memorable.
