Inn Policies
Guests of the Bay View Inn can expect the peace and tranquility of a by-gone era at our charming country Inn. Our goal is to assure that every guest has a wonderful stay. We encourage you to review the policies listed below. Should you require additional assistance of any kind, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that guests give us notice at least 7 days prior to their arrival date should they wish to cancel. Refunds will be made only if reservations are cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Guest Check-in and Departure
Guest check-in, 3 pm. Check-out, 11 am.
Smoking Policy
The Bay View Inn is proud to be a completely smoke-free property.
Children
We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. There is no additional room charge for children under the age of 4.
Pets
We apologize that pets are not permitted at the Bay View Inn, with the exception of service animals for guests with special needs. We would be happy to assist you in locating local boarding. We recommend Bay Pines Veterinary Clinic at 231-347-1381 and Wags & Purrs at 231-439-9226 for boarding services.
Special Assistance
Built in 1886, the Bay View Inn has taken great effort to accommodate our guests with disabilities. The main entrance is ramp accessible from the parking lot. Our property features two wheelchair accessible guest rooms with walk-in showers. All common areas of the Inn are also accessible by wheelchair. Should you require special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance so that we can assure your visit is hassle-free and memorable.
