A unique culinary experience featuring Killarney Mountain Lodge’s Executive, Chef Guy Bedard and Stafford’s Hospitality Executive Corporate Chef, DJ Flynn. Chefs Across the Great Lakes is about collaboration, sharing of culinary styles and building good will and lasting friendships between Canada and The United States.

Chef D.J. Flynn of Stafford’s Hospitality, Inc. and Chef Guy Bedard of Killarney Mt. Lodge have created a menu featuring:

First Course
Asparagus Bisque – Michigan sharp cheddar, pistachio mousse  

Second Course
Great Lake Trout Gravlax – House brined, caper berries, seaweed slaw, Smyrna fig caramelized onion chutney

Third Course
Cracklin’ Cornish Hen – Slow roasted, crisped skin, quinoa pulse blend stuffing, spring vegetables, apricot agrodolce

Fourth Course
Maple and Kahlua Crème Brûlée – Fresh berries, almond brittle

Proceeds from this event will benefit the Gerald Gramzay- Stafford’s Hospitality Culinary Scholarship Fund with the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Community Foundation.
