Short's Brewing Beer Dinner


Thursday, May 7, 6 pm

Join us at the Noggin Room Pub for our Beer Dinner featuring Short's Brewery! Guests will enjoy a five course menu paired with Short's Brewery Beers!

1st Course
Swiss chard, smoked red onion, daikon radish, granny smith apple, lemon grass vinaigrette

2nd Course
Charcuterie Plate - smoked meat variety, hard cheeses, flat bread, olives, quince paste
