    Theresa Koprowski, Managertheresa-k

While working towards a Hospitality Management degree at Central Michigan University, Theresa applied for a summer internship with Stafford’s in 2015. Working as a manager intern at Stafford’s Pier during the 2015 summer season, she fell in love with Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Charlevoix. Loving living by the water, she imagined what life would be like working in Northern Michigan post college. At the end of the 2015 summer season, she interviewed for the FOH management position for Stafford’s Weathervane Restaurant. About to finish her last semester at Central Michigan University, she was offered the position as Front-of-the-House manager of Staffords’s Weathervane and upon graduating moved up to Petoskey to start her career in Hospitality with the Stafford’s family.

After working almost a year at the Stafford’s Weathervane as the dining room and bar manager, she was offered and accepted the position of Front-of-the-House manager at Stafford’s Pier Restaurant.

Theresa is excited to be returning back to the Pier where her relationship with Stafford’s began and to continue advancing her career with the Stafford’s family.

In her spare time she likes running, studying about wine culture, playing the piano and experimenting with her culinary abilities.
