Always Fresh, Always Fabulous!
For starters, our Great Lakes whitefish is always fresh from local waters.
Our prime rib and filet of beef are always all-natural. We buy produce and dairy products from local farmers and growers right here in northern Michigan. Closer to the farm, faster to the table.
Soups are made from scratch and desserts are prepared fresh every day.
