Stafford's Featured Recipe

Chilled Cherry Soup 1 cup pitted canned tart cherries 1 cup pitted canned sweet cherries 1 1/2 cups black cherry yogurt 1 cup sour cream 1 cup whipping cream 1 cup milk Sugar, brandy or kirsch to taste 1/2 cup sun dried cherries or garnish Place tart and sweet cherries in food processor and puree and set aside. Place yogurt, sour cream, whipping cream and milk in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Add cherry mixture, sugar and brandy or kirsch to taste. Garnish by floating dried cherries on top of soup. Yields: 7 cups; serves 6
