All Aboard – Annual Titanic Dinner

Untitled-1Join us at Stafford’s Perry Hotel on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 6 pm to relive the mystery and intrigue. Our annual Titanic Dinner features a five course dinner, historic presentation on the ship by local historian David Kaplan and a display of models, original newspapers and table settings representing the first, second and third class.

Slow roasted center cut sirloin with wild mushroom sauce, asparagus, lemon butter, parmentier potato

White Star Salad
Romaine leaves, fresh beets, toasted walnuts, chiffonade of fresh mint and white balsamic and grape vinaigrette

Sweet Course
Apple Tart Tartine
Caramelized sliced apples, puff pasty and vanilla ice cream
