Best New Menu Bites

We hate to toot our horn, but we love to show off our culinary team! Our Chef’s have really outdone themselves this season. The new menu items paired with good ‘ol favorites have raised our menus to whole new level of deliciousness!

Chef Rob and his team at Stafford’s Weathervane in Charlevoix were crafting special recipes all winter, and let us tell you, you won’t be disappointed. While you’ll still be able to order up favorites such as our specialty, Oak Planked Whitefish and Perch, you’ll also be delighted with new pleasures such as Chef’s Margherita Salmon – pan seared with tequila, lime, tomato and beurre blanc.

Hunter’s Chicken Pasta is every bit as pleasing to the palate as it is to the eye! Look at that beautiful mixture of color. Chicken breast strips, broccoli, asparagus, bell pepper, Parmesan cream, gemelli pasta.

A Chocolate Molten Cake will wrap the meal up. This really needs no description! 

Head around the bay, over to Harbor Springs where our team has spent countless hours creating perfection at Stafford’s Pier Restaurant. Chef’s Seared Scallops are on the menu and ready to be ordered. This combination of roasted fingerling potatoes, sweet corn succotash, arugula, roasted pepper vinaigrette and Fustini’s Meyer Lemon Oil is just melt-in-your-mouth oh-so-good. Are you drooling yet? We are!

You’ll also want to try the 12 oz Imperial Wagyu New York Strip. Bacon & fingerling potato “hash,” balsamic cipollini onion, green beans and garlic herb butter. All you meat-lovers will want to give your taste buds this amazing flavor soon. 

Sweet deliciousness right here! A Cherry Praline Pretzel Brownie Sundae could be shared – but we highly recommend ordering one all for yourself! 

Located in historic Bay View, Stafford’s Bay View Inn has hand-crafted cocktails to enjoy with their full lunch and dinner menus! Our spirit-free Sunshine Lavender Lemonade is Lavender Hill Farm infused lemonade, topped with a fresh sprig of lavender. It’s so refreshing! You can also get this as a cocktail with Petoskey Stone Lavender Gin.  

Downtown in the Noggin Room Pub, grab some friends, enjoy entertainment nightly and dive into the Bacon Pickle Pizza! It’s so tasty, we promise your tastebuds will thank you!
