There is no better way to past the time then bake, cook and eat!

Today, we bring you Cronut’s from Chef DJ’s kitchen. This sweet treat is half-croissant, half-doughnut. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup warm water 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 2.5 tablespoons white sugar 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 large egg 
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 1 lb. all-purpose flour 
  • 12 tablespoons European-style butter at room temp
