Theresa Koprowski, Assistant General Managertheresa-k

While working towards a Hospitality Management degree at Central Michigan University, Theresa applied for a summer internship with Stafford’s in 2015. Working as a manager intern at Stafford’s Pier during the 2015 summer season, she fell in love with Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Charlevoix. About to finish her last semester at Central Michigan University, she was offered the position as Front-of-the-House manager of Staffords’s Weathervane and upon graduating moved up to Petoskey to start her career in Hospitality with the Stafford’s family.
After working almost a year at the Stafford’s Weathervane as the dining room and bar manager, she was offered and accepted the position of Front-of-the-House manager at Stafford’s Pier Restaurant. Now, she serves as the Assistant General Manager.
