Stafford’s Perry Hotel, downtown Petoskey’s only lodging property, is excited to announce a major renovation project taking place over the winter of 2017. Twenty guest rooms in the oldest section of the hotel are undergoing extensive remodeling to bathrooms and climate control systems, to improve guest comfort and satisfaction.
Additionally, eight of our smallest guest rooms are being extensively remodeled into four luxury suites. These new suites will feature separate bedrooms and sitting areas – and larger bathrooms. Two of the four new suites will have ADA features for our guests with accessibility challenges.
All of the remodeled guest rooms & suites will feature state of the art energy efficient climate controls that will allow guests to set and maintain the temperature they prefer, separate from other areas of the hotel.
Our renovations come with the help of not only our team, but many Michigan businesses including: Wolgast Corporation Construction & Design, KLK Design & Art, Bear River Electric, Contractors Supply, Ballard’s Plumbing, John E. Green Sprinkler Systems and J.E. Johnson Mechanical.
Watch our blog & social media pages for more updates as we progress. The hotel is still open for lodging & dining during renovations and we are expected to be fully done mid-May. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
