Savor The Flavor
If there is one thing northern Michigan isn’t short on, it’s the culinary trail. Many restaurants still offer al fresco dining (weather permitting) including Stafford’s Pier Restaurant in Harbor Springs and Stafford’s Weathervane Restaurant in Charlevoix. If you are visiting on a weekend, don’t miss Sunday Brunch at Stafford’s Bay View Inn (May – October).

Other ways to take in the fall color include taking a chair lift ride to the top of Boyne Highlands and see a spectacular view. Look down from the Bluff in Harbor Springs to see a world class view of town and the bay. Or gaze across the bay from the Rose Garden Veranda at Stafford’s Perry Hotel.  Northern Michigan Fall colors are picture perfect.
