  1. Enjoy the local downtown of Charlevoix during the Groundhog Shadowfest: Friday – Sunday, February 5 – 7.
  2. Winter Glow Skate at Harbor Springs Sk8 Park: February 6, 7 to 10 pm.
  3. Join us for a taste of select wines and Chef Britt’s appetizers during our February Tuesday Wine Tasting at Stafford’s Pier Restaurant: Tuesday, February 9, 5:30 to 7 pm. $10 per guest.
  4. Make reservations for the Winter Wine Dinner at Petoskey Farms Vineyard & Winery: Thursday, February 11, 6:30 pm.
  5. Second to none! The Winter Carnival in Downtown Petoskey is fun for locals and visitors alike: Thursday, February 11 – Sunday, February 14.
  6. Winter Sidewalk Sales in Downtown Charlevoix is the perfect time to visit the local shops: Thursday, February 12 – Monday, February 15.
  7. The Grateful Snow Shoe Benefit supports the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society: Saturday, February 13, 11 am to 2 pm.
  8. Bundle up the whole family for the Valentine’s Day Community Sledding Night at Kiwanis Park in Harbor Springs: Saturday, February 13, 5 to 8 pm.
  9. We are looking forward to warming up with the 12th Annual Harbor Springs Chili Cook-Off at Stafford’s Pier Restaurant: Sunday, February 14, 12 to 3 pm.
  10. Treat your sweetheart to a Valentine’s Dinner Buffet at Stafford’s Bay View Inn: Sunday, February 14, 5 to 8:30 pm.

  14. Fine wine, food and music are sure to excite your sensed during the Swirl Wine Tasting at Crooked Tree Arts Center: Thursday, February 25, 5:30 to 7 pm.
  15. Have some fun in the snow during the Torchlight Snow Shoe Outing at Camp Daggett: Saturday, February 27, 5 to 9 pm.
  16. Chef Rob is ready to show you his tips and tricks of his culinary talent! Join us for Demo Dining at the Drawbridge Bistro! Learn how to make some of his delicious dishes, including an appetizer, entrée and dessert! There will be plenty of tasting along the way and a three course meal. $35 per guest.   23. One of our favorite things about winter! The Innkeeper’s Buffet & Horse-Drawn Sleigh Rides at Stafford’s Bay View Inn: Saturdays, 5:30 to 8:30 pm.
  24. Every second Saturday through May, Raven Hill Discover Center offers Free Second Saturdays.
  25. Hit The Slopes to enjoy the Midwest’s best snow. Whether you prefer two skis or one board, bundle up and enjoy one of our area’s fine ski hills! Our lodging package includes lift tickets to Nubs Nob or Boyne Highlands for one day! Stafford’s Bay View Inn, Stafford’s Crooked River Lodge and Stafford’s Perry Hotel.
  26. Trek the Trails and explore all that Mother Nature has to offer in wintertime around Stafford’s Crooked River Lodge! Strap on some snow shoes and trek the trails or grab a tube and slide down the hill (complimentary useIMG_9763 of show shoe and tube for lodging guests).
  27. Visit the Indoor Pool & Hot Tub!  While the kids splash in the pool and enjoy the waterfall, adults kick back and relax in the hot tub. Pool passes for Stafford’s Crooked River Lodge & Suites are available for our local friends.
  28. Ice Skating in the North is a local wintertime favorite! Tie up the skates and enjoy some outdoor time with the family!
  29. Kick the weekend up a notch with Live Music at the Noggin Room Pub: Fridays & Saturdays, 8 to 11 pm.
